Pattern rolled & patterned sheets

The surfaces are produced using rollers, relief rollers or draw rollers and offer exciting possibilities for creative applications

There are two types of surfaces with the following differences:

  • Patterned surface:The design is only visible on one side, the back (B-side) is smooth and without pattern.
  • Pattern-rolled surface: The pattern rolling is visible on both sides of the sheet, with positive/negative pattern embossing.

Designs such as 2WL, 5WL, 6WL, Quadro (check), Lino (linen), Pelle (leather), Stripes and Dots can be finished with a brushed or Scotch Brite finish on request to meet the aesthetic needs of your project

These stylish designs can be also colored by using the INCO or PVD process, offering even more creative flexibility.

Technical notes

  • The depth of the decorative patterns depends on the material thickness: in general, the thinner the material, the more pronounced the pattern.
  • Special dimensions – some finishes are available in strip or coil form, providing greater design flexibility.
  • The slip resistance class indicates how slip-resistant a finish is and is determined through tests that evaluate secure grip at different angles and under various finish conditions.
  •  Anti-Fingerprint treatment (“easy to clean”) is available on many finishes
