We train one apprentice per apprenticeship year. During the training, you will be deployed and trained in various departments. Flexibility and a willingness to embrace new challenges are highly valued qualities in our apprentices.

Embark on an exciting business apprenticeship journey with us.
Our apprentices are taught at the BFB Business School in Biel. During the first and second year of your apprenticeship, you will spend two days at the vocational college. In the third year, you will only spend one day at the vocational college. The vocational school offers other optional subjects, which Notz Metall AG supports.
Over the three apprenticeship years, you will attend six supplementary courses (ÜK courses). These courses are organised and led by the trade and commerce industry and give apprentices the opportunity to acquire knowledge about commerce.
We train our apprentices to become professionals in their field. Naturally, we are also very interested in employing you after you have completed your training.
