Our contribution to
responsible corporate governance

Transparency, integrity and corporate responsibility – along the entire value chain

Sustainable management starts with a clear stand. The NOTZgroup is committed to responsible corporate governance based on reliability and transparency as well as ethical and legally compliant conduct.
We take responsibility – both within our own company and along our supply chains, in terms of the selection and review of our business partners as well as in the consistent compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.

For us, corporate responsibility means anchoring our values consistently in daily business – in a transparent, verifiable and binding manner.

Code of Conduct

The NOTZgroup Code of Conduct is more than just a set of rules – it reflects our entrepreneurial self-image. It defines the ethical, social and legal standards by which we make our business decisions – regardless of role, position or location.

Our employees are comprehensively informed about the contents and objectives of this Code. Training courses and internal processes teach how international CSR guidelines (Corporate Social Responsibility) are specifically applied in our daily lives – from dealing fairly with business partners to respecting human rights and complying with legal requirements.

The Code serves not just as a guide, but as a binding framework for action. It raises awareness of responsible conduct and supports all employees in acting in accordance with the company’s values – credibly, transparently and on a legally compliant basis.

By applying the Code of Conduct, we ensure that our business practices are also based on trust and integrity in the long term.

Code of Conduct for business partners

The principles of our Code of Conduct apply globally and form the binding foundation of our business activities – regardless of location or business area. They define our expectations in terms of lawful conduct, integrity, human rights and working conditions, as well as environmental and social standards.
We expect all our business partners – suppliers, service providers and other stakeholders along the value chain – to comply with this Code and actively integrate it into their own business practices. Working with the NOTZgroup requires that our partners share the same values and are willing to take responsibility – for their employees, their business ethics and their impact on society and the market.
We thus not only ensure the quality of our products and processes, but also create a solid foundation for sustainable partnerships together.

Supplier management – due diligence and sustainability assessment

An initial risk assessment is performed by categorising suppliers according to their origin and the list of sanctions.
In addition to price, delivery capability and quality characteristics, our supplier qualification also includes a clarification and evaluation of their ESG responsibilities and actions to ensure that they are aligned with our sustainability goals and that we perform and comply with our due diligence throughout the supply chain. This included reviewing and evaluating business activities in terms of their impact on people and the environment. The aim is to reveal problems such as forced labour, child labour or environmental pollution.

Conflict minerals

We take the care required to prevent the use of conflict minerals in our products in order to prevent human rights violations, corruption and the financing of armed groups (Ordinance (EU) No. 2017/821) . The systematic control of responsible sourcing of conflict minerals is performed by verifying the CMRT and EMRT of our suppliers.

Cybersecurity

Technical and human prevention: In addition to technical measures, we train our employees in the secure handling of data. The KnowBe4 platform offers training courses and tests to strengthen security awareness and ensure that data and information are handled securely.

Safety starts with technology – and with the behavior of each individual.

Certifications and quality management

Our business processes are certified according to ISO 9001:2015, which underscores our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Sustainable Development Goals

The 2030 Agenda, with its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), is a global plan to promote sustainable peace and prosperity as well as to protect our planet. Since 2016, all countries have been working to transpose this common vision of fighting poverty and reducing inequalities into national development plans. It is particularly important here to address the needs and priorities of the most vulnerable populations and countries – because the 17 targets can only be met by 2030 if no one is left behind.
